From low digital visibility to premium local brand differentiation

Art Optical, a premium optician operating three boutiques, was losing visibility and differentiation in an increasingly competitive local market.

With no clear brand framework and a limited digital presence, the business struggled to communicate its expertise, attract new customers, and convert digital interest into in-store visits.

A strategic reset was required to define the role of digital, modernize the brand, and reconnect online visibility with physical retail performance.
